No Returns Policy

Due to the hygiene-sensitive nature of shoe care and shoe accessory products, returns are strictly not accepted once the product has been delivered.


Replacement Eligibility

Replacements are provided only if:

  • The product is defective
  • The product is damaged during transit
  • An incorrect item was delivered

Replacement Conditions

  • Complaint must be raised within 48 hours of delivery
  • Product must be unused and in original packaging
  • Order ID and clear images/videos must be shared for verification
  • Replacement is subject to inspection and approval

Non-Eligible Cases

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Damage due to misuse
  • Requests made after the allowed timeframe

Replacement Process

Once approved, a replacement will be shipped at no additional cost. No cash refunds are provided.
